AMMCASS are currently building a single storey rear extension to private home in Keston Village

AMMCASS were appointed by the client to take over a build started by a previous contractor.  This is a double storey extension.

AMMCASS have taken this over with just a few walls standing at ground floor level. 

AMMCASS are currently converting a large detached house into 5 private flats.

This project is a 26 week program and involves a large double storey rear extension and loft conversion.

AMMCASS are currently undertaking the design and build of a luxury home in Chislehurst. 

The house has 6 bedrooms and bathrooms, games room, cinema room, set over 5500 square feet.  This is a 12 month build.

AMMCASS are delighted to welcome Steve Coleman to the team. 

Steve will be working as Senior Construction manager.  His role involves overseeing and training our site managers, quality control on site and vetting of sub contractors. Steve also assists with logistics set up for our tender bids.

AMMCASS have been carrying out the full design and build of a tired warehouse for our client Mayflower Washrooms to convert this warehouse into a Commercial Laundry.  

AMMCASS Group have just handed over a new build outbuilding at Chelwood nursery on time and within budget.

The space was created to enable more storage due to covid-19 restrictions.

AMMCASS Currently refurbishing a former NHS clinic that has be derelict for 8 years into a new Children’s Day Nursery for Rainbow Nursery.  

It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker.

This is a 12 week contract and will complete very soon!
