About this Project
We Successfully completed an internal fit out for Wandsworth Town Library. This included managing the Architectural and Mechanical and Electrical Design Development.
The work consisted of the refurbishment of the ground floor and mezzanine levels of a shell and core commercial unit within a residential building. The works include flooring, internal partitions, ceilings, general finishes, modification of existing staircase and complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation, and all associated works. Full acoustic requirements are incorporated into the design with acoustic baffles and acoustic rated ceilings.
Fit out of Library – containment installation, Sprinkler System Installation, Air conditioning and Heat recovery system installation, intruder alarm, fire alarm, access control, CCTV, data cabling and installation, lighting installation, hearing loop, decorative concrete plaster, painting and decorating. Installation of WC’s, accessible WC and accessible shower room, accessible flooring, tiling, flooring installation, blind installation, MS ceilings, acoustic enclosure, lift installation.
The completed library provides a modernised service, offering a community hub for residents living in Wandsworth Borough.
