About this Project

This high-quality, luxury home located in Kent, is a technologically sound, eco-friendly building including a skylight atrium, new efficient heating system, CAT6 lighting, Audio/Visual facilities, provision for a lift and innovative staircase.

Ammcass were commissioned to undertake the design and build of the new development, demolishing the existing structure and replacing it with a new three storey steel structure on top of the existing foundation. The fabric was upgraded to a high specification with sustainable fabric and features.

Works took place on a private road, with careful resident liaison and coordination contributing to a key success indicator for delivering this project. This also maintained good relations with neighbouring properties throughout. The home contains six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a cinema room, and a games room on the top floor. This entirely bespoke property from the architectural design and interior specification was the client’s vision which we made a reality.

The project value was £2 million, with works commencing January 2021 completing June 2022.
