Ammcass CE Group was commissioned to deliver a full design-and-build solution, which involved the demolition of the existing property and the construction of a new three-storey steel-framed structure built on the retained foundations. The building fabric was upgraded to an exceptionally high specification, incorporating sustainable materials and enhanced thermal performance to meet modern environmental standards.
The project was successfully delivered on a private road through meticulous planning, proactive resident liaison, and considerate site management, ensuring minimal disruption and strong relationships with neighbouring properties.
