Adam Marley is responsible for the construction quality and delivery of projects. Adam has been in the industry for 19 years and came from a trade background before founding Ammcass. Adam is a Chartered Construction Manager, Chartered Building Engineer, Chartered member of the institute of Clerk of works and construction inspectorate and a Chartered Building surveyor and full serving member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Adam has a passion for construction and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing projects hand over. Whilst working at Ammcass Adam also goes into schools and promotes the construction industry. Adam is also responsible for Ammcass training partnership with CIOB for staff looking to gain professional qualifications. Adams experience ranges from refurbishments and new builds in residential, healthcare and education as well as civil engineering activities and restoration and conservation.

Before his time at Ammcass Adam was the Project Manager on some high-profile restoration schemes including Westminster Cathedral, UK Supreme Court, London Hippodrome, and the 2007 refurbishment of the Savoy hotel.
