ADAM MARLEY
Construction Director
MCIOB | C.BuildE | MCABE | AssocRICS | MICWCI Adam Marley is responsible for the construction quality and delivery of projects. Adam has been in the industry for 19 years and came from a trade background before founding Ammcass. Adam is a Chartered Construction Manager, Chartered Building Engineer, Chartered member of the institute of Clerk of works and construction inspectorate and an associate building surveyor with RICS working towards full membership. Adam has a passion for construction and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing projects hand over. Whilst working at Ammcass Adam also goes into schools and promotes the construction industry. Adam is also responsible for Ammcass training partnership with CIOB for staff looking to gain professional qualifications. Adams experience ranges from refurbishments and new builds in residential, healthcare and education as well as civil engineering activities and restoration and conservation. Before his time at Ammcass Adam was the Project Manager on some high-profile restoration schemes including Westminster Cathedral, UK Supreme Court, London Hippodrome, and the 2007 refurbishment of the Savoy hotel.
HUGH GRAY
Engineering Director

Hugh is a Chartered Engineer and is responsible for the Engineering design and innovation within the Ammcass group. Hugh is also a registered expert witness and writes legal reports in relation to accidents, leaseholder disputes and equipment failure.  Hugh is passionate about ensuring the client receives a quality service. He is instrumental in ensuring the culture of a highly trained and motivated workforce. Hugh personally oversees our Investors in People accreditation and apprenticeship programme.  Hugh has worked in his local community for over 25 years, mentoring many young people in engineering and training young football players.

LARISSA FRANCIS
Marketing & Bid Director

Larissa Francis is responsible for leading the strategic growth and development of Ammcass Group’s companies, ensuring the business remains bold and opportunistic in the construction sector.

She has been responsible for the tendering process since 2015, which over this time has aided AMMCASS Group’s growth and contract successes across London and the South East. Working with a small core team to develop compelling and competitive proposals, she ensures we showcase the best of what AMMCASS Group has to offer.

REBECCA GUTHRIE
Operations Manager

Rebecca is responsible for overseeing the core operations of the business. This includes HR – including engagement and development, client relations, resource and process management and supporting the team with budgets, project delivery and strategy.

Rebecca has a passion for people and loves to see them reach their full potential. Her experience includes HR Management, working within Corporate Strategy for Unilever and more recently being part of the marketing team at Sitecore.

CHARLIE HINE
Contracts Manager

Charlie Hine is responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish. He primarily works as a contracts manager but also carries out the project management role on Commercial construction projects. Charlie has been working for AMMCASS for 6 years having started out as a trainee contracts manager. After working closely with Adam Marley, Charlie now looks after some of the company’s largest commercial projects as a contracts manager and project manager.

STEVE COLEMAN
Senior Construction Manager

Steve Coleman is our Senior Construction Manager. Steve has previously worked for another main contractor specializing in healthcare and education projects. He also worked as a site manager for a major principal contractor project managing sites with values in excess of £6m.

Day to day Steve checks in with the site managers and offers advice, helps solve technical queries, maintains our health and safety procedures are in place and checks the quality of work. Our site managers benefit from Steve’s vast experience and helping them learn every day to ensure they continue to become the best site managers they can.

This role also means as Steve has knowledge of every site, he is able to step in for a day or even a week if a site manager were to be on holiday or off sick.

GAVIN JONES
Site Manager

Gavin joined AMMCASS in 2021 although has known our Construction Director, for around 10 years. Gavin has worked his way through the ranks in the industry as a Labourer, then trained as a Carpenter and then Site Manager. Gavin has a wealth of experience in residential projects and has a ‘can-do’ attitude always looking for solutions to problems. Supported by our construction director Gavin will continue to develop into a great site manager eventually managing a major commercial project in the coming years. He will also join our CIOB training partnership next year.

KIM STAPLES
Purchasing & Asset Manager

Kim is responsible for managing the assets of the company including stock, vehicles, plant and equipment.  Kim is also responsible for managing the ordering systems for materials that the operatives on site purchase ensuring value for money, cost control, and most importantly relationships with suppliers are maintained to ensure timely delivery of goods to assist with project completions.

JAMES ANYIAM
Sales Manager

James joined AMMCASS in 2021 with 5 years previous sales experience. James creates and builds key relationships for our business, widening our network. Since James has joined, his energy has contributed to growing our social presence in the industry, generating more traction to our social media channels. James is able to adapt to the main core businesses within the Ammcass Group. Furthermore, James’ enthusiastic approach to sales coincides with Ammcass’ core values for each project we undertake.

VIC KRIPAS
Site Manager

Vic manages our large residential projects where attention to detail and finish is critical. Vic has worked for AMMCASS for 6 years now and is a master tradesman from a carpentry background. When a project requires a high end finish the project must be set out correctly from the groundwork, brickwork, steelwork and roofing. If any of these elements are not 100% the end result will not be to the finish desired. Vic checks and assist with setting out every element to ensure the end result is perfect.

DARREN HOFFMAN
Mechanical & Electrical Manager

Darren has been with AMMCASS for six years and manages all our mechanical and electrical installations both in house and overseeing our supply chain. Darren has a wealth of experience in both commercial and domestic installations and testing.
When we have a project consisting of plumbing, heating, lighting, power, data, fire alarm, security systems, audio systems and more Darren co ordinates this and ensures all parties work together and remain compliant.

CLARA FOLEY
Assistant to Directors

Clara is the assistant to the directors.  Clara has a varied role and is responsible for managing confidential information for the directors.  She will be involved in sales, business development and procedure and policy within the group.  Clara will also assist with the  AMMCASS Development side of the business, working closely with James our sales manager.

NANCY ALLEN
Office Manager

Nancy Allen has been with AMMCASS for 6 years from a trainee technical administrator position to now office manager and document controller.
Day to day activities involve ensuring the office is run efficiently, managing and liaising with IT, ensuring documents are managed on our server and all staff access to what they need.
Nancy also assists the contract management team with O&M manuals, Health and safety plans, as well as managing the planned and reactive maintenance contracts.
