AMMCASS were appointment main contractor by contract administrators KMASS on behalf of the client to undertake the external refurbishment of their building. Works involved re decoration, new leadwork, new stone balustrading and fibreglass cornice. Project finished on time successfully.
AMMCASS were appointed to carry out the specialist stone restoration on this project on behalf of ‘Howard de Walden Estate’. Adam assisted the client and wrote the specification of works prior to carrying out the works after a full facade survey. The project completed on time with stunning results.
AMMCASS were appointed by the contract administrator Flowers Consulting on behalf of the client to carry out the cyclical redecoration of Dinmont Estate located in Bethnal Green. Works involved redecorating and timber repairs to all windows and previously painted surfaces. We also undertook some remedial roof works, line marking, paving and re surfaced all balconies with a Europolymer coating after carrying out Asphalt repairs first. The project completed on time and was a major success for all involved. This was a difficult project to manage as residents had to co operate and leave doors and windows open whilst painting was undertaken.

Works involved, leadwork, new slates, helibar repairs and full decoration. Project completed successfully on time.

Works included leadwork over the main doors, gutter clearing, pointing, tile replacements, and full decoration to windows and masonry. Successfully completed on time.
AMMCASS were appointed by the contract administrator Pellings LLP on behalf of the client to carry out the cyclical redecoration of a number of sites across East London. Works involved the redecoration and timber repairs to all windows and previously painted surfaces, remedial roof works, paving to an entire estate, fencing repairs, window replacements, security door installations and mechanical gate upgrades. There were a number of sites across East London. Most notably Hanbury Street And Fakruddin Street. Hanbury Street comprised of a whole road being scaffolded and Fakruddin Street is an estate of 32 Houses. Sites ventured out as far as East Ham. The project completed on time and was a major success for all involved. This was a difficult project to manage as there were numerous sites to keep an eye on and keeping residents happy at all times was a must. We as a company achieved our goals on this project of keeping the client happy, the residents happy and bringing the job in on time.
